Brad, after 6 months of marriage to Sara, has finally gotten her kids, Megan and Dylan, to warm up to him. Being a dad is extremely important to Brad because he can’t have children. Brad has got being a step-dad down to a science, when a phone call changes everything. Megan and Dylan’s father, Dusty, is coming to visit. Brad a nice, fun, smooth jazz radio executive is instantly insecure when strong, motorcycle-riding Dusty is in town. Soon, these two are having a “Dad-off”. Brad is trying to keep his step kids love and his wife happy; and Dusty is trying to get his family back and prove he can be a dad.
If you want to sit back and have a laugh riot … go see Sisters. This movie will make you have a light chuckle … like when you text LOL. You don’t really laugh out loud … but you know you should have. Now, the end is fun and interesting twist but not enough to see the movie in theaters. There are two things save this movie. First, the chemistry between Mark and Will. They are a great pair that feed off each other. Second, they make a life ruining fight into a battle that requires a unique two step.
I give it 2.5 out of 5 stars
If that was my wife’s ex, I’d put a bullet in my skull – Leo
